About Me
I began practicing yoga in 2006 while racing as a high-level cyclist because I needed what yoga offered: stress relief, mobility, clarity, and deep rest. I became a certified teacher in 2009 and taught yoga for athletes in Honolulu and NYC. Over the last 20 years, I’ve studied with Sri Dharma Mittra, completed Cornell’s Wellness Counseling program, trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and became a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. Today, I share these practices with athletes and everyday people who want to move, recover, and build resilience on and off the bike.
