With 25 years of experience as an endurance athlete and over 15 years as a personal coach, I bring both deep expertise and lived perspective. I've coached competitive cyclists (because I used to be one), and now specialize in supporting midlife athletes, time-crunched parents, and busy professionals. This is a custom-designed personal coaching program refined over the last 15 years. It includes:
A comprehensive athlete onboarding/intake process
Custom-built training schedules delivered every 4 weeks in Training Peaks
Detailed, downloadable workout files
Zone setting for power and heart rate
Workout and long-term progression analysis
Monthly check-in calls
Plan revisions as needed
Unlimited communication through Training Peaks
Yoga, meditation, and stress management guidance
Goal setting, event selection, mindset, and athletic wellness
Pricing:
3 months (optimize an existing routine): $400/month
6 months (prepare for a goal event): $375/month
9 months (crush a full season of goals): $350/month
12 months + (multi-season support): $300/month
All packages include a Training Peaks Premium subscription upgrade (required for coaching).
There is an additional $100 start-up fee for new athletes (covers athlete onboarding).
I don’t require contracts, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
