I help athletes in midlife who want to ride for life.
My coaching is informed by 25 years of experience as an endurance athlete. I have deep experience coaching competitive athletes (because I once was one) and personal experience transitioning from competition to another season of life. I understand what it’s like to still have that drive to be fit, confident, and capable, but also to be balancing time, energy, and responsibilities.
This kind of coaching uses cycling as an investment in long-term health and happiness. I design training programs that build fitness, endurance, skills, and confidence, while supporting the unique lifestyle needs of midlife athletes. You may be navigating health changes, raising kids, working full-time, or all the above. I’m here for all of it as a consistent, unwavering source of support.
Pricing is designed to be simple and flexible. I don’t require contracts and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. That said, the longer we work together, the more attuned we will become to each other’s systems, and the benefits expand.
