Together, we go beyond training to help you turn downtime into a skill that builds the capacity to handle both the stress of training and the stress of everyday life. Your body doesn’t distinguish between the two, and without intentional practices, fatigue, tightness, and tension stack up. This program gives you the tools you need to reboot and reset your system and come back stronger, steadier, and more resilient.
This isn’t about gadgets or the latest technology. While athlete recovery services often focus on compression boots or cryo chambers, this program teaches the skills to regulate stress, restore balance, and build resilience from the inside out. Through mobility, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep rest practices, you’ll learn active tools you can carry into every part of your training and your life.
As your mobility & recovery coach, I’ll help you track and respond to key wellness markers and give you tailored practices that build a solid mind-body foundation for long-term resilience. This includes:
Mobility practices: dynamic stretching, functional movement flows, joint health.
Stability + core strength: yoga-based isometrics (planks, side planks, bridges, single-leg balance).
End-range control: long holds and mindful transitions that build muscular endurance.
Recovery support: restorative postures, nervous system downregulation, deep rest practices.
Resilience tools: breathwork, relaxation, and stress regulation strategies.

About me:
I began practicing yoga in 2006 while racing as a high-level cyclist because I needed what yoga offered: stress relief, mobility, clarity, and deep rest. I became a certified teacher in 2009 and have taught yoga for athletes in Honolulu and NYC. Over the last 20 years, I’ve studied with Sri Dharma Mittra, completed Cornell’s Wellness Counseling program, trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and became a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. Today, I share these practices with athletes on and off the bike.
