It’s taken me years (maybe even decades) to realize that my work reflects systems of mind, body, and spirit. My art rarely centers on a single object. Instead, it explores how reality holds together and how each part relates to the whole.
Every series begins with a felt sensation, a deeply human experience, and a desire to understand the interconnectedness of it all. If one element doesn’t relate to the next, the piece doesn’t hold. It’s through quiet inner listening, and the letting go that follows, that I fall into the beauty of that connected space.
My process is intuitive and meditative. The outcome is never the point. What matters is the inquiry: a form of self-study and a way of listening for what wants to be known. Often, what I learn through making the work feels more essential than the work itself. The finished piece is simply a trace of that inner discovery.
