What is Imaginative Art?

Imaginative Art is a creative practice that brings your inner life forward through drawing, painting, and reflection. It invites you to work with imagination as a living source of self-expression, uncovering images and truths that are uniquely yours.

As you create, something begins to shift: emotions find movement, the body regulates, and awareness deepens. It reshapes the way you feel and see. From this space of connection, something new begins to emerge through the act of making.

With time, this practice becomes more than expression; it becomes integration. Through sustained engagement with imagination, you develop an authentic relationship with the deeper self, moving toward wholeness and inner coherence.

Hi, I’m Kristen

I’m an artist and teacher, and my work weaves together fine art, art history, and depth-informed creative practice. I’m fascinated by how imagination, symbolism, and process can open pathways to self-discovery and renewal.

Through years of study and personal exploration, I’ve developed grounded, accessible practices that help people reconnect with creativity as a living source of meaning, expression, and flow.
